Selection Procedure
There will be a written exam which will be objective type in nature followed by skill test. The syllabus for the 1 Hour written test shall be as under :
- General Awareness [No. of questions : 10 ; Maximum Marks : 10]
- Numerical aptitude [No. of questions : 10 ; Maximum Marks : 10]
- General Science [No. of questions : 10 ; Maximum Marks : 10]
- Questions based on Communication Skill, General awareness of Front office Management [No. of questions : 20 ; Maximum Marks : 20]
Copies of Certificates:
Candidates should bring along with their application, self attested SINGLE COPY of the documents in support of:
- Educational & Technical qualifications supported by appropriate mark sheets indicating the subjects offered in the examinations.
- Date of birth / Proof of age.
- SC/ST category (certificate should have been issued by an authorised authority in the prescribed format given at Annexure – 1 (in attachment) . The community should have been included in the Presidential orders in relation to the concernedstate).
- OBC category (certificate should have been issued by an authorised authority in the prescribed format given at Annexure – 3 with non-creamy layer certificate. The caste/community should have been included in the Centrallists of Other Backward Class. The crucial date for determining the OBC non-creamy layer certificate will be the closing date of on-line application (29/07/2016). The OBC candidates should also enclose self declaration of non-creamy layer status in the format as given in
Annexure – 2. OBC for the purpose of AGE RELAXATION AND RESERVATION will mean “persons of OBC categories not belonging to the Creamy Layer” as defined in Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training OM No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.93 and modified vide Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training OM No.36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res) dated 09.03.2004). - Disability – latest medical certificate as per the format given at Annexure – 4.
- Discharge from defence service (applicable to Ex-defence personnel only).
- Claim to the effect that they have been affected by 1984 riots (if claiming age relaxation).
