திட்டத்தின் சுருக்கம்
(அ)கை,கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளை திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ளும் நபரை ஊக்குவிக்கும் பொருட்டு திருமண உதவித் தொகையாக ரூ.25,000/- அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. இதில்
ரூ.12,500/- தேசிய சேமிப்புப் பத்திரமாகவும், ரூ.12,500/- திருமணச் செலவிற்காக ரொக்கமாகவும் மற்றும் திருமாங்கல்யத்திற்காக 4 தங்கமும் பாராட்டுச் சான்றிதழுடன் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
(ஆ) பட்டம் மற்றும் பட்டயம் பயின்ற பெண்களுக்கு ரூ. 50,000/- வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இதில் ரூ.25,000/- தேசிய சேமிப்புப் பத்திரமாகவும் ரூ. 25,000/- திருமண செலவிற்காக ரொக்கமாகவும் மற்றும் திருமாங்கல்யத்திற்காக 4 கிராம் தங்கமும், பாராட்டுச் சான்றிதழுடன் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
திட்டத்தில் பயனடைய தகுதிகள்/நிபந்தனைகள்
நல்ல உடல்நிலையில் உள்ளவர்கள், கை, கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மாற்றத் திறனாளிகளைத் திருமணம் செய்து கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும். வயது 18க்கு மேல் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

ஆம். சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நலஅலுவலரிடம் தனிப்பட்ட படிவம் உள்ளது.

MARRIAGE ASSISTANCE TO NORMAL PERSONS MARRYING ORTHOPAEDICALLY DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSONS
1. | Gist of the Scheme | Marriage Assistance to normal persons Marrying Orthopaedically Differently abled persons; Marriage Assistance is given to normal person who marries a Orthopeadically person. Total assistance given is Rs.25,000/-. Rs.12,500/- is given in the form of National Savings Certificate and Rs.12,500/- in cash towards marriage expenses along with a Certificate of appreciation and 4 gram 22 ct. Gold Coin for making Tirumangalyam. If either the Differently Abled person or a normal person is holding degree or Diploma, the Marriage Assistance is Rs.50,000/- ; Rs.25,000/- in the form of National Saving Certificate and Rs.25,000/- cash with 4 gram 22 Ct Gold Coin for making Tirumangalyam. | |
2. | Eligibility Criteria | Normal person should marry an Orthopeadically Disability Identity person. The age of the couple (both) should be above 18 years. | |
3. | Whether form of application is prescribed | Yes. Prescribed formats are available with District Differently Abled Welfare Officers. | |
