RPWD, 2015 must be stated that “certified and highly qualified interpreter who broadcast tv prgoram for deaf people, should be included. the existing word “interpreter” is included in the bill at page no. 65. it is not enough express. As unprofessional/inexperienced interpreter can play that, it will be heated debated further. it must be avoided.
