The Institute is inviting sealed tenders from reputed suppliers & agencies with proven track record to manufacture the Podium. You are requested to send the competitive quotes for manufacture & supply or supply of readymade Podium to the institute as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:-
Terms and Conditions:
- Agency is requested to attaché sample images of Podium with Quotation.
- Specification of Podium with cost to be mentioned in the quotation.
- The agency may send its competitive quotes in a Sealed Envelop by speed post or Courier addressed to the NIEPMD Chennai-603112 on or before 21 Feb 2014.
- The words “QUOTATION FOR PODIUM” may be mentioned in bold letters on the top of the sealed quotation.
- The Dias to be supplied at NIEPMD, Muttukkadu, Kovalam, Chennai within 15 days from the date of Supply Order.
- Payment will be released within 30 days from the date of satisfactory receipt of materials.
- The agency may send its competitive quotes in a Sealed Envelope addressed to the Director, NIEPMD at Chennai on or before 21 Feb 2014.
