தமிழக அரசின் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான பார்வையற்றோருக்கு வாசிப்பாளர் உதவித்தொகை திட்டம்
திட்டத்தின் சுருக்கம்:
பார்வையற்ற மாணவர்களுக்கு பாடங்களை வாசித்துக் காட்டுகிறவர்களுக்கு வாசிப்பாளர் உதவித் தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
1. 9ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12ம் வகுப்பு வரை : ரூ.3000/- (ஆண்டொன்றுக்கு)
2. பட்ட வகுப்புகள் : ரூ.5000/- (ஆண்டொன்றுக்கு)
3. மேல்நிலைப் பட்ட வகுப்புகள் மற்றும் : ரூ.6000/- தொழில் படிப்புகள் (ஆண்டொன்றுக்கு)
திட்டத்தில் பயனடைய தகுதிகள்/நிபந்தனைகள்:
பார்வையற்ற மாணவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும். அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் 9 ஆம் வகுப்பு மற்றும் அதற்கு மேலான வகுப்புகளில் பயில வேண்டும். பாடங்களை வாசித்துக் காட்டுகிறவரிடமிருந்து சான்றிதழ் பெற்று சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.

மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நல அலுவலர்
உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்போது காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் அணுக வேண்டிய அலுவலர்

READERS ALLOWANCE TO VISUALLY DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSONS
1 | Gist of the Scheme | Readers Allowance: The Visually impaired students are given readers allowance. Readers allowance is being paid at the following rate: 1. IX Std. to XII Std. Rs.3000/- (per annum) 2. Degree courses Rs.5000/- ( per annum) 3. Post Graduate and Professional Rs.6000/- (per annum) courses |
2 | Eligibility criteria | Must be visually impaired student of IX std. and above of a bonafide institution. Must produce certificate from the Reader, who reads the lessons. |
3 | Whether form of application is prescribed. | Yes. Available with District Differently Abled Welfare Office. |
4 | Certificates to be furnished | Certificate from Head of the Institution, National Identity Card for Differently Abled and Statement of marks in the previous qualifying examination. |
