1. | Gist of the Scheme | Retrofitted petrol scooters are provided for severely Orthopaedically affected whose both legs are disabled. Students, employed and self employed Differently Abled persons are eligible. |
2. | Eligibility Criteria | The age of the beneficiary should be more than 18 years. The Candidate should be severely Orthopaedically Differently Abled student/working/ Self employed person and resident of the district/area. Having disability of 75% and above. |
3. | Whether form of application is
prescribed and particulars to be furnished | Yes. Applications are available with concerned District Differently Abled Welfare Officer. |
4. | Certificates to be furnished | National Identity Card for Differently Abled. |
