My success Story - Deepak Kumar Dwivedi

I Deepak Kumar Dwivedi was born 13 August 1982 in my native place, village Bonapura in district Bhind of Madhya Pradesh In a poor family. Am physically challenged both lower legs PPRL 75% disability, I am a Brahmin by cast (general). My father name is Late Shree Premnarayan Dwivedi. My father and mother very helpful nature wise, my late father really has very good behavior for betterment for me. My mother name is Smt. Durgesh Nandnee. She has a heart & diabetes patient.

From the since childhood I were seen that I am unable to wake from my legs that’s by I have lots of problem with stand in my whole life , when I was child my father sent me school on our shoulders in my village that school had distance 1.5 km.

I did my schooling from Sahyogi High School Gwalior; in year 1999 am 10th pass. I did diploma in electronics and telecommunication engineering in year 2004 from Govt. Polytechnic collage Ashok Nagar Madhya Pradesh India. I joined as a trainee engineer in linkage telecom Bhopal m.p. in the year 2003. Then I started my own business and my brother expired during this period in this year 2007-08.We were one brother and two sisters. At this age of 3 year my both legs had polio. After that 15 year from my birth parents settled in Gwalior 1992 in a rented house due to future and carrier of my life, my schooling complete here. My younger brother expired in 2006. I am only single son of my family; my family fully depends on me.

3 to 5 November 2014 I participate in 4th National Abilympics held at (National Institute Technical Teacher Training and Research) NITTTR Chandigarh, in 1. Electronics Assembling & Testing 2. Electronics Circuit Connection & Technique and won gold medal for each event, I was selected for International Abilympics, to be held at France in March 2016, now I preparing for this event.

I was represent the Nation in 8th international Abilympics, to be held at South Korea in September 2011.

I demonstrated own working model ‘Hurdle Free Home’ for Person with Disability and Senior Citizen and got excellent performance certificate for this model, and this model district Collector recommend for national Award (particulars of outstanding creative adult persons with Disabilities for National awards)

I have developed many projects working model in field of electronics, success demonstrated is electronics quiz counter buzzer system and another project is automatic plant irrigation. My latest working model is ‘Hurdle Free Home’ for Person with Disability and Senior Citizen. I faced many time barriers in community especially structural of attitude.

Presently I am working at an Engineering Collage, Institute of Information and Management Gwalior M.P. as a Senior Technical Assistant ‘Project’.

Now I am guiding engineering students and poor students for repairing and assembling this electronics projects and equipment.
