Registration
Entry fee for each team is Rs. 1000/-. This amount to be sent to WBFI account before 30th May 2019.

Highlights of 6th National championship will be –
- Live streaming of all matches
- Digitisation / computerisation of all matches
- Expecting 23 men’s team and 10 women’s team
- Men and Women players will be selected to represent India in the First ever International event organized by WBFI in Chennai in August 2019 and for the Asian Para Games Qualifier at Thailand.
Arrangements
- WBFI will make all arrangements to receive teams from railway / airports (mentioned below) and drop back.
- Wheelchairs – All teams SHOULD bring their own personal and sports wheelchairs. WBFI will be providing sports wheelchairs ONLY for new states. Please note, matches will be happening in two courts simultaneously and WBFI has only 25 sports wheelchairs. So, we will need 15 to 20 more sports wheelchairs for the first 4 days. Hence, state associations are requested to cooperate by providing their sports wheelchair for matches.
- T-shirts/Jerseys – All state team should arrange their team jersy, preferably one light colour and one dark colour. In order to not repeat colours, state’s are requested to inform WBFI their colour by email by 1st May, 2019. Preference of colour will be given to those who confirm first. Please do not order or promise your donors for t-shirt design. Wait for WBFI’s instruction. Once colour is confirmed, we will send you the design by 1st May, 2019. All state associations should strictly follow that design ONLY.
- One EC member from association to participate – WBFI is planning to conduct sessions for state association members on various topics. In this regard, teams are requested to select one state association EC member or responsible person as Manager of the team.
- All participants will be hosted at “Punjab University” Hostel which is maximum accessible. We do not wish to claim it is 100 percent accessible. So, please come prepared.
- Information of exact location of Punjab University will be informed to registered players by 30th May.
Rules
- do not select Female players who are pregnant
- Players with 2nd degree bedsore are not eligible to attend
- Those who are sick and cannot travel or play for 7 continuous days, need not be selected
- Players who cannot adjust with the food that WBFI will be providing, need not attend
- All players should get fitness certificate from a medical doctor/physio
- WBFI or local organisers/ government will not be responsible for any injury or any medical problem that happens during the event.
- It will be the responsibility of the state association (Managers) and all expenses related to medical problem should be taken care by state association.
- Managers and care givers should accompany players to hospital in case of any emergency. WBFI or organisers will not be accompanying. But we will provide first aid and ambulance support.

23rd June – Classification for new players from 4 new states
23rd June, 3 pm onwards – Check in for remaining states (Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Goa, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh)
Accommodation and food are arranged till 10 am on 30th June, 2019
Final match and prize distribution will be over by 29th 7 pm. So please plan your departure on 29th late night (after 9 pm) by train directly from Mohali. Those who stay after 10 am on 30th June should make their own accommodation and food arrangements. WBFI will not provide accommodation, food and airport/station drop after 12 noon on 30th June, 2019.
