The Chief Functionary of ARVI is a registered Special Education professional, recognized by the RCI, New Delhi. He has M.Sc, (Maths) M.Ed, (Spl.Edn), MPhil, and Master Trainer in MHM under WSSCC, Geneva. He has served more than 20 years as Special Educator and Social Worker.
