கவுதமாலாவில் நடக்கும் உலக பாட்மின்டன் போட்டிக்கு தேர்வாகியும், கட்டணம் செலுத்த முடியாத நிலையில் உள்ளார். இதுவரை நான்கு சர்வதேச போட்டிகளிலும், 20 தேசிய, 30 மாநில போட்டிகளில் தங்கம், வெள்ளி, வெண்கல பதக்கங்களை வென்றுள்ளார். நவ., 19 முதல் 27 வரை, கவுதமாலாவில் நடக்க உள்ள பாட்மின்டன் சாம்பியன்ஷிப் போட்டியில் பங்கேற்க, விமான கட்டணம், விசா, தங்குமிடத்திற்கு ரூ.ஒரு லட்சத்து 70 ஆயிரத்து 125 கட்ட வேண்டியுள்ளது.
வாயால் ஓவியம் வரையும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி ஜனார்த்தனன்: சின்ன வயதில் நான் ரொம்ப துறுதுறுவென இருப்பேன். எட்டு வயது இருக்கும் போது. ஒரு நீளமான இரும்புக் கம்பியைத் தலைக்கு மேல் தூக்கியபோது மேலே கடந்து போன மின்சாரக் கேபிளில் இரும்புக் கம்பி உரசி, மின்சாரம் பாய்ந்து, என்னை தூக்கி அடித்தது.

Training is given to speech and Hearing Impaired persons in Government I.T.I., Guindy in the trade of Fitter. The duration of training is two years. Stipend at the rate of Rs.300/- per month will be given.
Training in the Trade of Book Binder (One year), With Boarding, Lodging and free supply of two sets of Uniforms.
Free Computer Training Course – Six month training is given for Visually impaired persons at Regional Centre of National Institute for Visually impaired, Poonamallee at Chennai. A stipend of Rs.300/- per month is given to the Trainees.
The Orthopaedically Differently Abled persons are given training in Cell Phone Service and Maintenance. Three months training programme is given in all districts through Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.. A stipend of Rs.300/- per month is given to the Trainees.
Swayamvaram for the differently abled – 2011, conducted by Shree Geetha Bhavan Charitable Trust supported by Tamilnadu Handicapped Federation Charitable Trust on 04.09.2011 at Chennai.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Training – The Orthopaedically and Hearing impaired persons are given free training in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) at Government Medical Colleges at Chennai, Salem, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Theni, Tuticorin, Kanniyakumari, Coimbatore and Trichy.
Secondary Grade Teachers Training Institute for the Orthopaedically differently abled (Locomotor disability ) persons is functioning at the campus of Government Higher Secondary School for the Blind, Poonamallee.
