Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Faculty of Disability Management and Special education (FDMSE) is organizing a 2 Day Workshop on “Capacity Building for Persons with Disabilities” on 27th (Saturday) & 28th (Sunday) of September.
The workshop is aimed on Capacity building of parents, special educators and persons with disabilities through counseling and interactive sessions to enhance the all round development of persons with disabilities.
Working lunch and travel allowance will be provided to all participants. A minimum of Rs 50/- (Rupees Fifty only/-) will be charged as registration fee.
Group-wise parallel session will be conducted as follows.
- Parents of children with disabilities (No: 15)
- Special Educators (No: 30)
- Persons with Visual Impairment (Age Group – 18 -25 years. No: 15)
- Persons with Hearing Impairment (Age Group – 14 -25 years. No: 30)
- Persons with Physical Impairment (Age Group – 18 -25 years No: 15)
- Persons with Intellectual Disability ( 3-6 age group- 10, 7-13 age group- 10, 14-18 age group-10)
The candidates who are interested to attend the workshop are requested to confirm their participation at the earliest.
Highlight: Stalls on Assistive Devices for various disabilities will be put up for demonstration.
