பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு மருத்துவ முகாம் உட்பட பல்வேறு வசதிகளை செய்துதர, நடப்பாண்டில் (2010-2011) 39.03 கோடி ரூபாயை அரசு ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது. பார்வையற்ற, காது கேளாத, வாய் பேசாத, இதர குறைபாடுடைய மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து, இவர்களுக்கு நடப்பாண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் அரசு நிதி ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது.
மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கு 5லிருந்து 9 சதவிகித வட்டியில் கடனுதவி வழங்குதல். 18 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளாக இருத்தல்வேண்டும்; தொழில் முனைவோராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
Training is given to speech and Hearing Impaired persons in Government I.T.I., Guindy in the trade of Fitter. The duration of training is two years. Stipend at the rate of Rs.300/- per month will be given.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Training – The Orthopaedically and Hearing impaired persons are given free training in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) at Government Medical Colleges at Chennai, Salem, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Theni, Tuticorin, Kanniyakumari, Coimbatore and Trichy.

செவித்திறன் பாதிப்புடன்,பேச இயலாத சிறுவர்களுக்கு முன் பருவக் கல்வி, இலவச தங்கும் விடுதி மற்றும் உணவு வசதியுடன் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
பார்வையற்றோர், காது கேளாதோர்,மன வளர்ச்சி குன்றியோர் மற்றும் கை, கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டோருக்கு இலவச விடுதி வசதியுடன் கூடிய சிறப்புக் கல்வி, தொழில் கல்வி, மனவளர்ச்சி குன்றியோருக்கு மட்டும் அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆண்டுக்கொருமுறை இரண்டு இணைச் சீருடை மற்றும் பாடப் புத்தகங்கள் இலவசமாக வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
Sadhya Educational Trust was set up in the year 2002, to be a Resource Center for parents of hearing impaired children. Parents, on suspecting that their child might not be hearing or is not speaking, begin to seek help from various sources. These include pediatricians, ENT Doctors, auditory verbal therapists, audiologists, speech therapists, hearing aid specialists, special schools, counsellors, friends and alternative treatment methods.
