திருமண நிதி உதவி ரூ.50 ஆயிரம்
இளநிலைப் பட்டம் பெற்ற மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளின் திருமண நிதி உதவியை ரூ 25 ஆயிரத்தில் இருந்து ரூ 50 ஆயிரமாக உயர்த்தியும், திருமாங்கல்யம் செய்ய 4 கிராம் தங்கம் இலவசமாக வழங்கவும் முதலமைச்சர் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.

சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாம்-கோவை மாவட்டம்
மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாம், வரும் 8ம் தேதி கவுண்டம்பாளையம் ஹவுசிங் யூனிட் ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய துவக்கப்பள்ளியில் நடக்கிறது. கோவை மாவட்ட அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்கம், மாவட்ட மருத்துவ பணிகள் துறை, மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான நல அலுவலகம், ஸ்ரீ அவிநாசிலிங்கம் கல்வி அறக்கட்டளை நிறுவனங்கள் இணைந்து மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாமை, கடந்த மாதம் 23ம் தேதியிலிருந்து நடத்தி வருகிறது.
தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை
மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு அடையாள அட்டை வழங்குதல். மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு, மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான தேசிய அடையாள அட்டைகள், மாவட்ட மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் நல மையங்கள் மூலமாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
கல்விக்காக ரூ.39 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு
பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு மருத்துவ முகாம் உட்பட பல்வேறு வசதிகளை செய்துதர, நடப்பாண்டில் (2010-2011) 39.03 கோடி ரூபாயை அரசு ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது. பார்வையற்ற, காது கேளாத, வாய் பேசாத, இதர குறைபாடுடைய மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து, இவர்களுக்கு நடப்பாண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் அரசு நிதி ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது.
கடன் உதவி
மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கு 5லிருந்து 9 சதவிகித வட்டியில் கடனுதவி வழங்குதல். 18 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளாக இருத்தல்வேண்டும்; தொழில் முனைவோராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
Why My Child Is Constantly Distracted?
This fleeting attention span could be attributed to his disrupted visual processing (one form of Sensory Processing Disorder) as he was not able to filter out unnecessary visual information (sensation) and focus on the task at hand. All visual sensations (images, light, faces etc) seem equally important and hence he finds it determine what is relevant and what is not for that particular situation. We observe it as distractibility.
