மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கு 5லிருந்து 9 சதவிகித வட்டியில் கடனுதவி வழங்குதல். 18 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளாக இருத்தல்வேண்டும்; தொழில் முனைவோராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
Free Cell phone service and maintenance training course
The Orthopaedically Differently Abled persons are given training in Cell Phone Service and Maintenance. Three months training programme is given in all districts through Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.. A stipend of Rs.300/- per month is given to the Trainees.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Training
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Training – The Orthopaedically and Hearing impaired persons are given free training in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) at Government Medical Colleges at Chennai, Salem, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Thanjavur, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Theni, Tuticorin, Kanniyakumari, Coimbatore and Trichy.

Secondary Grade Teachers Training Institute for the Orthopaedically differently abled (Locomotor disability ) persons is functioning at the campus of Government Higher Secondary School for the Blind, Poonamallee.

PREMA VASAM is a A home for the Mentally & Physically Challenged and Less Fortunate Children. It aims to work with these special children and their families irrespective of caste, creed, religion and financial background. As the name Prema Vasam means, it is a place of love or where love resides. Prema Vasam provides residential care to the children who are differently abled, mentally challenged and less fortunate. It renders relentless service to these children to realize their potentials and to enable them to serve others. It is registered under Charitable Trust Act, Registration No.419 of 1999. Further it is a non profitable organization.
St.Peter Paul Educational and Cultural Trust
St.Peter Paul Educational and Cultural Trust (SPECT) is a pioneer Non Governmental Organization in Villupuram District, Tamilnadu, India. The trust started in 1991 when a group of energetic young teachers, academics and social scientists joined together and implemented solutions for children with disabilities and Dalit children.
