Pathway India

One of the key factors in helping people build self-esteem and self-sufficiency is having a job and earning an income. Pathway recognizes the unique challenges of training mentally and physically disabled children and adults with skills that will qualify them for some type of rudimentary employment. As such, they have developed a comprehensive vocational program that includes several levels of training and development, as well as internal income-generating activities and outside job placement.

Agape Rehabilitation Center

The Agape Rehabilitation Center in Chennai works to give them the skills to hopefully find a job.”Our students have special needs so a regular computer center might not patient or modified to suit their needs, so this special center is very essential,” said Agape Coordinator Avitha Daniel.

அனைத்து அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் கட்டமைப்புகளில், மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் உபயோகிக்கும் வகையில், உடனே மாற்றங்கள் செய்ய, நகராட்சி கட்டட விதிகள், உள்ளாட்சி கட்டட விதிகளில் மாற்றம் செய்யப்படும் . மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள், பல்வேறு பொதுக் கட்டடங்களுக்குச் செல்லும் போது, அவர்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் சிரமங்களைக் களைய, சென்னை பெருநகர வளர்ச்சிக் குழுமத்துக்கு உட்பட்ட பகுதிகளில் கட்டப்படும் தனியார் மற்றும் அரசு கட்டடங்களில், மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் செல்வதற்கு சாய்வு தளங்கள், லிப்ட் போன்றவை இருக்க வேண்டும். அதன்படி, சாய்வு தளங்கள், கழிப்பறைகள் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு ஏற்ப அமைத்தால் தான், கட்டட அனுமதி வழங்கப்படும்.

சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாம்-கோவை மாவட்டம்

மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாம், வரும் 8ம் தேதி கவுண்டம்பாளையம் ஹவுசிங் யூனிட் ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய துவக்கப்பள்ளியில் நடக்கிறது. கோவை மாவட்ட அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்கம், மாவட்ட மருத்துவ பணிகள் துறை, மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான நல அலுவலகம், ஸ்ரீ அவிநாசிலிங்கம் கல்வி அறக்கட்டளை நிறுவனங்கள் இணைந்து மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிறப்பு மருத்துவ முகாமை, கடந்த மாதம் 23ம் தேதியிலிருந்து நடத்தி வருகிறது.

ஆரம்ப மையம்

பிறந்தது முதல் வளர் பருவகுழந்தை வரை உள்ள செவித்திறன் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைகளின் ஆரம்பநிலை பாதிப்பைக் கண்டறிந்து அக்குழந்தைகள் 5வது வயது அடைவதற்குள் அவர்களுக்கு மொழி மற்றும் பேச்சு பயிற்சி வழங்கி அவர்களை சாதாரண பள்ளியில் சேர்த்து ஒருங்கிணைக்க வழிவகை செய்கிறது.

தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை

மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு அடையாள அட்டை வழங்குதல். மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு, மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான தேசிய அடையாள அட்டைகள், மாவட்ட மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் நல மையங்கள் மூலமாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

கல்விக்காக ரூ.39 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு

பள்ளிகளில் படிக்கும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு மருத்துவ முகாம் உட்பட பல்வேறு வசதிகளை செய்துதர, நடப்பாண்டில் (2010-2011) 39.03 கோடி ரூபாயை அரசு ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது. பார்வையற்ற, காது கேளாத, வாய் பேசாத, இதர குறைபாடுடைய மாற்றுத்திறனாளி மாணவர்களுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்து, இவர்களுக்கு நடப்பாண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் அரசு நிதி ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது.

கடன் உதவி

மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கு 5லிருந்து 9 சதவிகித வட்டியில் கடனுதவி வழங்குதல். 18 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்; மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளாக இருத்தல்வேண்டும்; தொழில் முனைவோராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

Training to the Speech and Hearing Impaired

Training is given to speech and Hearing Impaired persons in Government I.T.I., Guindy in the trade of Fitter. The duration of training is two years. Stipend at the rate of Rs.300/- per month will be given.

Sadhya – Help your child to hear and speak

Sadhya Educational Trust was set up in the year 2002, to be a Resource Center for parents of hearing impaired children. Parents, on suspecting that their child might not be hearing or is not speaking, begin to seek help from various sources. These include pediatricians, ENT Doctors, auditory verbal therapists, audiologists, speech therapists, hearing aid specialists, special schools, counsellors, friends and alternative treatment methods.
