The persons having disabilities such as Visual, Hearing, Speech, Cognitive and Motor Impairments have unique and diverse needs to cope up with everyday activities whether it is education or employment. Assistive Technology devices help to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities. this course provides first hand experience in dealing with such assistive technology for persons with special needs. Special Educations, General Educations, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Social Workers, Care Takers, Parents of Children with Disabilities and Volunteers can undergo this course.

Course : Certificate Course on Assistive Technology – The candidate after training is expected to learn about a wide range of Assistive Technology applications in the home, school, workplace and community environments which suits the individual needs of persons with disabilities.
