Vocational training and job training to the intellectually disabled is placed as the top priority at Deepam. At 16 years of age the vocational skills of each child are determined according to the student’s interest, ability and skills level.

In addition to the services, Deepam also believes in developing every child’s inner capabilities. Sports Activities are encouraged for our school children. Our students have been an active participants in Special Olympics representing the State and National levels respectively. Training has been no concern for them as our co- ordinator and principal had done their Post Graduate Diploma In Special Olympics respectively. They also designate as National Level & State Level Trainers for this individuals each correspondingly .
