International Conference on “Multiple Disabilities-Sustainable Development and Livelihood Programme-A Global Perspective organized by NIEPMD (Govt. of India), Chennai, Swastik Trust and ACS Medical College and Hospital on 21st& 22nd Feb. 2019 at ACS Medical College and Hospital.
Sub themes:
- Identifying existing sources of livelihoods for person with disability
- Global perspectives of person with disability with regard to opportunities and challenges for accessing livelihoods
- Gender-specific challenges in the livelihoods of disabled people
- Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment in livelihood of person with disability
- Provisions and facilities for livelihoods of person with disability
- Independent living and sustainable development of PwDs
- Role of stakeholders for sustainable development of PwDs
- Reducing inequality
- Poverty alleviation through capacity building
- Social Security and sustainable live hood of person with disability
- Promote participation in political process and in decision –making
Registration
Paper/Poster presenters are informed to present paper/poster in the title of sub themes mentioned above Therefore it is requested to send the abstracts to the mail swastiktrustcre@gmail.com on or before 20th January 2020. Once abstracts are selected, the full paper to be sent on or before 31st January 2020.

- Students can also present the paper/poster/Mini Movie/ Quiz/ on the above mentioned Themes
- Students can also join the cultural Event (Mime, Mimicry, Song, Dance, Script – Solo/Group)
- RCI Credit Points for paper presenter will be given
- Paper/Poster presentation will be given certificate. Best Paper/Poster will be awarded.
