Employability skill training
Dr.Reddy’s Foundation is providing 3 months job oriented employability training for the visually impaired people Placement will be provided for the eligible candidates after the completion of the training.
Who can join:
• Any person who is visually impaired and looking for a job
• The person should be between 18 to 35 years of age
• Minimum qualification is +2.
• Should have basic computer knowledge and basic communication skills.
• Should have Laptop or Desktop with proper internet connection and willing to spend approximately 5 hours per day
Topics will be covered in the training:
• Soft skills.
• Computers.
• Communication skills.
• Mobility and orientation.
• Sector readiness.
