Dr. Reddys Foundation (DRF) has been imparting employment linked skill training program through its 29 exclusive training Centres across India called Grow Centres.
The organization trains youth including youth with Disability in core employability skills such as
- Communicative English,
- Soft skills,
- Digital Literacy,
- Interview Skills etc.
during the current situation, the organization has changed its approach and is providing training through online platforms. In this context, the organization’s Mumbai Centre is inviting interested Persons with Vision impairment to apply for this course scheduled to commence shortly.

Who can join?
- Persons with Vision impairment in the age group of 18 to 30.
- The candidate should be a graduate.
- Should be residing in Maharashtra or willing to re-locate to Mumbai or Pune for placement opportunities.
- The candidate should have a personal laptop with internet connectivity, since this is purely an online training.
- Should be able to spend and dedicate at least 5 Hours per day on training for 3 Months.
- Should be able to get through the initial screening test conducted by the organization.
- Should have an authentic ID proof and Medical certificate.
The organization will try to look for appropriate placement to the candidates who clear the final assessment and complete the course successfully.
