The Employability Training for the visually impaired at EnAble India which will soon commence on Feb 24th 2015. This training is aimed towards providing economic independence and dignity for persons with disability. EnAble India major thrust areas are employment, pre-employment services, and work place solutions, Main goal of this course is to make the candidate employable by providing computer knowledge and making them efficient in using computers independently. This will increase the employment opportunities and betterment of existing job.
Course Highlights
- You will get trained on general employability and disability specific training.
- You will get trained by subject matter experts on domain specific training
- Volunteers from the corporate will take part in activities with you to enhance your range of experience on weekends.
- Senior managers from the corporate will conduct mock interviews to prepare you for job roles.
- Domain experts will mentor you to build your career.
- Senior managers from the corporate will conduct sessions on corporate culture and etiquettes.
- Companies will facilitate exposure visit to their company to help you understand and experience corporate environment.
- You will work as interns for half a day during the course of training. This will help you get hands on experience to work with real requirements.

Course content | Advance computer, business English, employability which includes work ethics, interview preparation, mock interview, resume writing, internship at the company if possible from the collaborated companies/domain specific training from the company experts |
Domains trained on | Hr/admin, finance analyst, training coordinator, accessibility testing, MIS executive, content writing, IT helpdesk/technical support, tele-calling, customer support, front office and order passer etc based on your ability and potential |
Facilities:
- Assistance will be provided to get PG or Hostel based on request.
- Assistance will be provided in getting employment for eligible candidates based on their performance
Eligibility:
- Any visually impaired person with graduation or equivalent diploma with knowledge of English
- Age should not be more than 35 years
- Knowledge of Basic computers is mandatory.
- Visually Impaired persons who can dedicate their full time for the entire course duration
Joining Procedure:
- Candidates will be short-listed after the evaluation test and personal interview.
- For out station candidates the evaluation test and personal interview will be conducted via telephone.
Important Note: Candidates who would be looking at being irregular due to education/employment/personal reasons during the tenure of the course need not apply.
Last date to apply for the course is February 15th. Candidates who will be shortlisted after the evaluation need to be present at our training premise on 20th of February.
