Asian Road para Cycling Championships - India won the 2 bronze and 1 Silver medal – 8th Asian Road para Cycling Championships

Two bronze and one Silver medal won by the para-atheletes at the 8th Asian Road para Cycling Championships at Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Mr. Sudhakar Marathe from Border Security Force won a bronze medal in hand cycling in H5 category. He bagged the first medal for Central Armed Police Force.

Mr. Gurulal Singh from Border Security Force- won a bronze medal in MC4 category. 

Gurulal lost his limb at a blast on line of duty when he tried to save his colleague.

Mr. Divij Shah- won a silver medal in the MC5 category. Divij lost his arm when he was 4 years old but with his can-do attitude, he has various medals previously.
