Invitation for Papers and Posters

• Participants willing to make presentation in any one of the topics mentioned above are expected to send their abstracts not exceeding 200 words in MS-word, Times New Roman, Font size:12, single space on soft copy or before 3rd Oct 2014 to icmdniepmd@gmail.com, niepmdservices@gmail.com. It is also requested to the participants to present research based experimental papers, and no theoretical papers will be accepted.
• After scrutinizing the paper and upon intimation from the Scientific Committee, full papers need to be sent in MS-word, Times New Roman, Font size:12 on or before 6th October 2014. Presentation will be in both oral and poster formation backed upon the discretion of the scientific committee.

Facilities to be provided during the conference

• TA for all the participants by 3rd AC Rail Fare form the boarding railway station to New Delhi and back
• Participants from North Eastern region eligible for Economy class Air Fare by Air India from their boarding point to New Delhi
• Local Transport arrangements to be taken care by the participants
• Shared accommodation will be made for the registered participants before the last date of registration
• Only limited accommodation available, otherwise own arrangements need to be made
• Accommodation available from 28th October evening to 31st October 2014 morning.

Students from foreign countries : 150 USD
Professionals from Foreign countries : 250 USD
