Mahadeva and friends started an organization at National level for promotion and development of sports for physically challenged and named it as PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED SPORTS FEDERATION OF INDIA. This was registered during the year 1994 with the registrar of co- operative societies, Bangalore, Karnataka.
