Calling all creative people to participate in “60 Seconds to Fame!” all India one minute film competition on disability, a part of ABILITYFEST2019 India International Disability Film Festival.

Theme: An inclusive society for Persons with Disabilities

An opportunity to screen your film at Ability Fest 2019 – India International disability film festival.

“60 Seconds to Fame!” Rules and Regulations of the competition

• The competition is open to all Indian nationals.
• The running time of the film including credits should not exceed 60 Seconds.
• The film should adhere to this year’s theme “An Inclusive Society for Persons with Disabilities”
• The films can be animation, live action or both.
• The film must have English subtitles/captioning even if the language of the film itself is English.
• The film should not have been previously screened in public or available in any social media.
• The film should be submitted as DCP file.
• Submission to be made online only. Upload your film in your Google drive and share the link by e-mail to fame@abilityfoundation.org with permission to download.
• An entry fee of Rs. 500/- per film is to be submitted to Ability Foundation. Details for bank transfer are given below
• A high resolution passport size photograph of the film maker to be attached in the mail.
• The subject of the e-mail should be the NAME of the entry film only.

• Last date for submission of entry is Thursday 22 August, 2019.
• An individual can send a maximum of 3 entries. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry form.

Please Note

• Entries for “60 Seconds to Fame!” will remain the property of the organisers. The film may be used for educational or promotional purposes.
• Short- listed films will be screened as part of AbilityFEST2019 at Sathyam Cinemas. Filmmakers will be informed of the date of screening ahead of the festival.
• Winners of “60 Seconds to Fame!” competition will be announced during AbilityFEST2019.
• The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
