Identification of Jobs for Persons with Disabilities in Ordnance Factories details
Ordnance Factories Board Instruction dated 14/03/2014 cited under reference on the subject was issued enclosing DOP&T OM No.30635/2/2012-Estt(Res) dated 08/01/2014 which was issued pursuant to notification No.16-lS/ZOIO-DD.III dated 29/07/2013 issued by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment amending list of identified posts in all groups for Persons with Disabilities. At para 3 of the above DOP&T OM dated
08/01/2014 it was stated that the list of jobs/posts notified by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment is illustrative and the concerned Ministries / Departments can timber supplement the list to suit their job requirements.
Accordingly, a committee was constituted with the senior officers of O.F.Board to identify the posts for PWDs and recommend an exhaustive list of posts keeping in view the functional job requirement of
O.F.Organisation.
Identification of posts made by the committee in respect of PWDs is annexed herewith at Annexure-A, Annexure-B, Annexure-C and Annexure-D for implementation.
