தமிழக அரசின் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான கல்வி உதவித் தொகை திட்டம்
திட்டத்தின் சுருக்கம்:
அ) 1ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 5ம் வகுப்பு வரை ரூ.100/-ம்
ஆ) 6ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 8ம் வகுப்பு வரை ரூ.300/-ம் மாதா மாதம் நோட்டுப் புத்தகங்கள் வாங்க மாற்றுத் திறனாளி மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு உதவித் தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
திட்டத்தில் பயனடைய தகுதிகள்/நிபந்தனைகள்:
அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் பயில வேண்டும்.

ஆம். சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நலஅலுவலர்களிடம் உள்ளது.
இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டிய சான்றிதழ்கள்
மருத்துவச் சான்றிதழும்,வருமானச் சான்றிதழும், மாணவர் வேறெந்த இடத்திலும் உதவித் தொகை பெறவில்லை என்று தலைமையாசிரியரால் சான்றிதழும் அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

9ம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12-ம் வகுப்பு வரை மற்றும் மேற்படிப்புகளுக்கு
திட்டத்தின் சுருக்கம்:
வகுப்பு 9-12 வரை ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.4000/-ம், பட்டப் படிப்பிற்கு ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ.6000/-ம், முதுநிலைப் பட்டப் படிப்பு, தொழிற் கல்வி, மருத்துவம், பொறியியல் தொழிற் கல்விக்கு ஆண்டொன்றுக்கு ரூ.7000/-ம் கல்வி உதவித் தொகையாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
திட்டத்தில் பயனடைய தகுதிகள்/நிபந்தனைகள்:
அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பள்ளி/கல்லூரி/பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்களில் பயில வேண்டும். முந்தைய வகுப்பில் குறைந்தது சராசரி 40 சதவீதம் மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

கல்வி நிறுவனத் தலைவர் சான்றிதழ், தேசிய மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளுக்கான அடையாள அட்டை, முந்தைய வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (ஆண்டுத் தேர்வு)
விண்ணப்பங்கள் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும் அலுவலர்
மாவட்ட மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகள் நல அலுவலர்
உதவிகள் வழங்கப்படும்போது காலதாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் அணுக வேண்டிய அலுவலர்

1. | Gist of the Scheme | Scholarship: Scholarship towards purchase of books and note books a) I to V Std. Rs.100/- * per month. (for 10months b) VI to VIII Std. Rs.300/-* per month( for10 months) |
2. | Eligibility Criteria | Differently Abled Students studying in recognised schools. |
3. | Whether application form is Prescribed | Yes. Application is available with concerned District Differently Abled Welfare Officer. |
4. | Certificates to be furnished | Certificate from Head Master that similar assistance is not availed from any other sources. |

SCHOLARSHIP (9th – 12th standard and Higher education)
1. | Gist of the Scheme | Scholarship for students studying from 9th Std. to 12th Std, Rs.4000/- per annum; For Degree Courses Rs.6000/- per annum. For P.G., Medical, Engineering, Vocational Courses and other Professional Courses. Rs.7000/- per annum. |
2. | Eligibility Criteria | Differently Abled students studying in recognised Schools / Colleges / Training Centres. Should have obtained not less than 40% of marks in the previous qualifying examination. |
3. | Whether Form of application is Prescribed | Yes. Applications are available with concerned District Differently Abled Welfare Officer. |
4. | Certificates to be furnished | Certificates from Head of the Institution, National Identity Card for Differently Abled, Statement of marks in the previous qualifying examination in the format prescribed. |
