Who wants the sky, we only want a bit of love
Who wants the stars, we only want a flash of your smile
We don’t care when heavens fall
but it breaks our heart when you turn your face away

Home Services
Residential Care:
Residential care is provided to 120 children in a homely atmosphere. The children are selected based on their family background, socio-economic condition of the families and other factors, which are essential to place a mentally challenged child in a residential care center. Children are given training in activities of daily living for helping the child to develop the skills needed to deal independently with his basic daily needs like toilet training, personal grooming e.g. brushing his own teeth, bathing himself dressing up and so on. Functional academics helps to realize the color concept number concept, money concept etc.
Daycare Services:
Day care service is preferred since the child can have the care and comfort of parents and at the same time get professional guidance from specially qualified staff on self-development. Children are given training in activities of daily living for helping the child to develop the skills needed to deal independently with his basic daily needs.
Special Education:
Special Education programs are conducted in a systematic manner to impart basic skills in communication, self care, home living, social skills, community use, self direction, health and safety, functional academics, leisure time activities. Children are also given vocational training considering their mental and physical age.
Homebound Programmes:
Parents of mentally challenged kids are used to giving over protection or neglecting the kids. Society looks down upon them as a burden in all sense. Since most of these kids show low intelligence and many behavior problems their families prefer to put them in
residential homes. Later these kids find it very difficult in interacting with their families. To create an atmosphere conducive for integration of these children with the family homebound programs are conducted. Specially trained staff visits families and gives guidance to family members on helping the child to improve. Integration of these children with the family is our dream.
