About the LEGO Mind Storms

An exploration of fun ways of learning through an integration of art, computer science & robotics. Children with ASD because of their interest in robotics and restricted behaviours, could benefit from LEGO robotics activity as a medium to develop social skills. Thus in this workshop, we aim to observe the same, leading to a set of guidelines to run LEGO-robotics based activities to achieve social skills improvement in children with ASD. Interested 16+ years old.

02-06 May – LEGO kits and parts Sensors and Motors
09-13 May – Simple robotics Programming basics
16-20 May – Group Collaborations and Interactive Sculptures
23-27 May – Peer presentations and Learning outcomes
28 May – Curation & Exhibition, Certification and Report
