Sadhya – Help your child to hear and speak
Sadhya Educational Trust was set up in the year 2002, to be a Resource Center for parents of hearing impaired children. Parents, on suspecting that their child might not be hearing or is not speaking, begin to seek help from various sources. These include pediatricians, ENT Doctors, auditory verbal therapists, audiologists, speech therapists, hearing aid specialists, special schools, counsellors, friends and alternative treatment methods.
Tips for parents of children with learning disabilities
Praise your child when he or she does well. Children with learning disabilities are often very good at a variety of things. Find out what your child really enjoys doing, such as dancing, playing soccer, or working with computers. Give your child plenty of opportunities to pursue his or her strengths and talents.
