ISLRTC is to conduct the 4th Short Term Training Programme on Basic Skills in Indian Sign Language for Govt Departments (Centre/State), PSUs, Non-Government Organizations, Schools, Teachers, Special Educators, Professionals from fields of medical, legal, technical and academic ,and interested individuals.
