Scheme of Community Based Caregivers Training was launched with a view to provide good quality training to interested persons for becoming caregivers to the needy persons with disabilities. Subsequently, the training module was revised and another scheme for Deployment of Caregivers was launched. Both the schemes could not produce the desired result due to a variety of reasons some of which are as below:

Children with various kinds of mental challenges like Mental retardation, Cerebral palsy, Downs syndrome and Autism come in for daily rehabilitative programme.
There are lot of opportunities available for differently abled persons and they should make good use of it. On successful completion of this course, we will employ them as guest faculty or supporting staff. We recently hired a teacher and she is doing an excellent job
