Tamil Nadu State Awards are given to the persons who have rendered excellent Services and to the voluntary organisations who are providing yeomen rehabilitation services to the Differently Abled Persons on the Occasion of Independence Day Celebrations. The State Awards will be distributed by Hon’ble Chief Minister on 15.8.2011. Those who are willing and eligible are requested to apply for the award.
The applications and details should be obtained from District Differently Abled Welfare Officer concerned. Duly filled in applications along with enclosures and photograph of the individual should be sent to the following address in duplicate duly recommeded by concerned District Differently Abled Welfare Officer on or before 15.7.2011.
