• In the Board’s Proceedings first read above, among other things, orders were issued authorizing the Secretary, Chief Engineers concerned and Chief Financial Controllers to sanction conveyance allowance by obtaining the recommendation from the appropriate medical authorities. The orders issued by the Government in the Government order second read above, for enhancement of the Conveyance Allowance to Rs.1,000/- p.m. has been adopted in TANGEDCO to its employees vide proceedings third read above.
• Now, in Government Order fourth read above, orders have been issued delegating the powers for sanction of conveyance Allowance to its District Level Officers by adopting the conditions laid down for sanction.
• It has been decided to adopt the above Government Order. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the existing powers of Chief Engineers for sanction of conveyance Allowance to the Differently abled employees of TANGEDCO be delegated to the rank of Superintending Engineers subject to the conditions laid down in the Board’s Proceedings first read above.
• The receipt of the Board’s Proceedings shall be acknowledged.
