The following draft of the Telangana State Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017,which the Government of Telangana proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 101 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (central Act 49 of 2016) is hereby published for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date on which this draft is made available to the public;
Objections and suggestions, if any may be addressed to Director & State Commissioner for PwDs, Department for the Welfare of Disabled and Senior Citizens Ground Floor, Vikalangula Sankshema Bhavan, Malakpet, Hyderbad – 500036 or by e-mail: cdwtghyd@gmail.com on or before 07.09.2017.
The objections and suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government.
