The 13th annual conference of VISION 2020: The Right to Sight – INDIA: Inclusive Eye Care Services on 3rd & 4th June, 2017 at MGM Eye Institute, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The VISION 2020: The Right to Sight- INDIA’s annual conference is a unique platform in community ophthalmology. It offers a space for sharing skills, knowledge, and practices in each aspect of the eye care system and its successful management from clinical to managerial.
The design of the annual conference has evolved with each conference as we have endeavoured to incorporate conferences’ feedback to enrich it. Each year, we have attempted to keep the conference topics abreast and updated with the latest developments in the field of community ophthalmology and also focussed on systems strengthening spanning all departments in an eye care organisation.
This year while retaining the DNA of the conference, i.e. community ophthalmology, we have amalgamated relevant topics under 12 Courses aiming to provide a larger space for in-depth exploration of topics and expansive discussions and interactions.
The conference participation can be, but not limited to, head of the organisation, ophthalmologists, programme planners, managers, optometrists, administrators, coordinators, outreach staff & paramedical/technical staff from government & non government institutions/organisations working in the eye health and related sectors and students/ fellows.
