A World of Inclusion is an eBook collection of 14 short stories about the ABILITIES of characters living with disabilities and their fully participation in all aspect of society regardless of their disabilities.
Pasadena, California – April, 2014 — Local inspirational Founder of The Academy of Special Dreams and now author Michael Dergar of Pasadena Ca, will debut his first book collection “ A World of Inclusion” this Spring 2014 as part of this mission to Bring Public Awareness to our community with Disabilities. A World of Inclusion includes 14 short stories of characters living with disabilities and their full participation in our society regardless of their disabilities.
Why A World of Inclusion is Needed? “It is all I numbers” According to the World Health Organization over 46 millions Americans have some form of special needs of physical disability.
Dergar, Founder and president and CEO of the Academy of Special, has been working in collaboration with Artists with disabilities to make this publication’s Illustration possible.
For five years while working his full time in the Special Education field the author met with several families and artists with disabilities providing an opportunity to showcase their artitistic expression to the world by featuring their work on The Academy of Special Dreams Foundation website: www.specialacademy.org. In addition, His efforts to work with the special needs community are unstoppable collaborating with many organization in America, Europe and Asia helping community leaders to help to educate our new generations about a World of inclusion in our society.
