World Autism Awareness DayWorld Autism Day falls on April 2nd and at Vidya Sagar, Vidya Sagar planned to celebrate this day in a simple but unique manner. This year, Ms Kavya Verghese, who has recently won a world record for making the longest “puttu” in the world. (Ref: food.manoramaonline.com/…/worlds-longest-puttu). Puttu is an authentic Kerala breakfast dish of powdered rice, layered with grated coconut and then steamed.

A GFCF (Gluten Free, Casein Free) diet is one that is strongly recommended for a person with Autism. Puttu is one of the dishes that is considered as absolutely healthy and an ideal complete meal for any person, and especially for a person with Autism.
