About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Accessibility Tester to support our digital accessibility audits across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in inclusive design and compliance standards.

Interview Process

Round 1: Technical Interview (Virtual / Online)
Round 2: HR Interview (In-Person at Chennai Office)
Round 3: Final Interview (In-Person at Chennai Office)

Candidates must be willing to attend in-person interviews in Chennai for the final stages.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual accessibility testing for websites and mobile applications
Identify accessibility issues based on WCAG 2.1 guidelines
Test using screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver
Validate keyboard navigation, focus order, color contrast, and ARIA usage
Log defects with clear steps, screenshots, and severity levels
Collaborate with developers and designers for issue resolution
Support accessibility audits and documentation (basic reports / checklists)

Required Skills

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web structure
Awareness of accessibility concepts (labels, alt text, contrast, keyboard navigation)
Good analytical and observation skills
Ability to write clear bug reports
Willingness to learn accessibility standards and tools

Good to Have

Knowledge of ADA compliance
Exposure to tools like Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE
Experience in testing mobile apps (Android / iOS accessibility)
Certification or training in accessibility

Qualification

Any graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
Freshers with relevant training can apply
