Our commitment to accessibility
Enabled.in is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility is central to the work we do. As a digital accessibility services practice of TenthPlanet Technologies Private Limited, we work with organizations to identify and address accessibility barriers across websites, mobile applications, software, documents and other digital experiences.
We apply the same commitment to our own website and continually work to improve its accessibility, usability and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Accessibility standard
Enabled.in aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG provides internationally recognized recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.
Our accessibility work may also consider relevant requirements and good practices associated with standards and regulatory frameworks such as EN 301 549, Section 508 and applicable accessibility requirements in the markets we serve.
References to these standards describe the accessibility framework considered in our work and should not be interpreted as a certification or legal determination that every page or item of content satisfies every requirement under every jurisdiction.
Scope of this statement
This accessibility statement applies to the public website at enabled.in.
Content, applications or websites hosted on separate domains or subdomains may have their own accessibility arrangements or accessibility statements.
Third-party websites, platforms and services linked from Enabled.in are outside our direct control and are not covered by this statement.
How we support accessibility
We incorporate accessibility into the ongoing design, development, content and quality-assurance processes for Enabled.in.
Our approach includes:
- automated accessibility checks;
- manual accessibility evaluation;
- keyboard-only testing;
- assistive technology testing;
- review of page structure, headings, landmarks and semantics;
- evaluation of forms, labels, instructions and error handling;
- review of colour contrast and non-text content;
- responsive layout and content reflow checks;
- testing at increased zoom and text sizes;
- review of interactive components and focus behaviour; and
- periodic accessibility reviews as the website and its content evolve.
Where appropriate, our evaluation also includes testing with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack and validation involving people with disabilities.
Accessibility features
We aim for Enabled.in to provide an experience that supports:
- keyboard navigation without requiring a mouse;
- meaningful page titles and heading structures;
- appropriate semantic HTML and accessible names;
- visible keyboard focus;
- sufficient colour contrast;
- text resizing and browser zoom;
- responsive content and reflow;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- accessible forms and understandable instructions;
- screen reader compatibility;
- accessible links, buttons and interactive controls; and
- content that does not rely solely on colour, shape or visual position to convey important information.
Accessibility may vary depending on the page, content type, browser, operating system, assistive technology and combination of technologies being used.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies
Enabled.in is designed to work with current versions of commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
Our testing may include combinations such as:
- Windows with Chrome or Edge and NVDA;
- Windows with JAWS;
- macOS and iOS with Safari and VoiceOver; and
- Android with Chrome and TalkBack.
Older browsers, operating systems or assistive technologies may provide a different experience. We recommend using reasonably current versions of browsers and assistive technologies where possible.
Technical specifications
The accessibility of Enabled.in relies on web technologies including:
- HTML;
- CSS;
- JavaScript; and
- WAI-ARIA, where appropriate.
We aim to use native HTML elements and semantics wherever practical and use ARIA where additional accessibility information or interaction semantics are required.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet provide an optimal accessible experience in every situation.
Accessibility limitations can also arise from legacy content, embedded media, documents, third-party components, external services or newly introduced functionality.
When we identify an accessibility barrier within content or functionality under our control, we aim to evaluate it and address it as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement process.
Where an immediate technical solution is not available, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible alternative format or through another suitable method upon request.
Third-party content and services
Some pages may contain or link to content, tools, videos, documents, widgets or services provided by third parties.
Although we encourage accessible solutions and consider accessibility when integrating third-party services, Enabled.in may not have control over the accessibility of externally managed content or platforms.
A link to, reference to or integration with a third-party service should therefore not be interpreted as a representation that the third-party content fully conforms to WCAG or another accessibility standard.
If a third-party component creates a barrier while accessing an Enabled.in service, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, help identify an accessible alternative.
Documents and downloadable content
Enabled.in publishes resources that may include PDF documents, presentations, checklists, reports, case studies and other downloadable materials.
We work to improve the accessibility of these resources. However, older or third-party documents may not fully meet current accessibility requirements.
If you need an Enabled.in document or resource in a more accessible format, please contact us and identify the document or page concerned. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.
Videos and multimedia
Where multimedia content is published or controlled by Enabled.in, we aim to provide appropriate accessibility support such as captions, transcripts or other alternatives where applicable.
Older content or externally hosted multimedia may have accessibility limitations. Please contact us if you require an alternative way to access particular multimedia content.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time activity.
Enabled.in periodically reviews its website and updates content, components and functionality as technologies, accessibility standards and user needs evolve.
Our approach combines technical evaluation with practical usability and assistive-technology testing to help identify barriers that automated testing alone may not detect.
Feedback and accessibility support
We welcome feedback from people with disabilities, assistive-technology users and other visitors about the accessibility of Enabled.in.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty accessing information or completing an action, or need content in an alternative accessible format, please contact us.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:
- the page or content where you experienced the problem;
- a brief description of the issue;
- the browser and device you were using; and
- the assistive technology being used, if relevant and if you are comfortable sharing that information.
Please do not include sensitive personal, medical or financial information unless it is necessary for us to understand and respond to your request.
We aim to review accessibility feedback promptly and use it to support the continued improvement of our digital services.
Assessment approach
Enabled.in’s accessibility evaluation approach may include a combination of automated testing, manual expert evaluation, keyboard testing, assistive technology testing and testing involving people with disabilities.
Because websites and their underlying technologies change over time, the accessibility status of individual pages or components may also change between formal reviews.
No accessibility overlay dependency
Enabled.in’s approach to accessibility is based on accessible design, development, content practices and testing.
We do not consider automated scanning or accessibility overlay technology alone to be a substitute for appropriate manual evaluation, assistive-technology testing and remediation.
About conformance claims
This statement describes Enabled.in’s accessibility objectives, practices and ongoing efforts.
Unless specifically supported by a current accessibility evaluation or published conformance report, this statement should not be interpreted as a warranty, certification or legal guarantee of complete conformity with WCAG 2.2 AA or with every accessibility law or regulation that may apply in a particular jurisdiction.
Accessibility requirements can vary depending on the type of organization, service, technology and jurisdiction.
